Program

Colors of the World

This concert explores how great composers transcend borders by drawing from folk traditions. From Grieg’s Scandinavia to Bartók’s Romanian dances, from Coleridge-Taylor’s African-American spirituals to the Spanish flair of Sarasate, each piece unfolds its own unique sonic palette.

The duo of Max Zorin and Vincent Balse, whose mastery and perfect synergy captivate audiences at every performance, proves that music is the true universal language—and that two instruments in perfect accord can paint a thousand colors of the world into a single, transcendent harmony.
